Summary:

While liquid biopsy holds promise in the immunotherapy of NSCLC by providing non-invasive assessment of tumor biomarkers, several challenges related to sensitivity, standardization, and tumor heterogeneity need to be addressed. Continued research and technological innovation are crucial for realizing the full potential of liquid biopsy in guiding personalized immunotherapy strategies for NSCLC patients.
